The search for continuous improvement of its quality standards has led ICL ITALIA to the decision to commit to the adoption of a Quality Management System in accordance with the ISO 9000 regulation.

The Board of Directors wants to implement, support and promote quality in the organization; for this purpose the CEO has appointed Mr. as Head of the Quality Management System. Edoardo Raspini, with the task of first obtaining and then maintaining certification in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard.

ICL Italia deals with national and international shipments and, thanks to the know-how of the sector, the flexibility in customer management and the problem solving ability, provides the customer with a personalized service suited to the client’s needs.

This quality policy is documented, understood and implemented at all levels of the organization, as well as made available to interested parties.
